**Experience/Skills**:

- A strong passion for baking cakes and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
- Execute baking tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines
- Multitasking

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Baking cakes, cupcakes, Biscuits & other desserts.
- Preparing curds, buttercreams & fillings for cakes.
- Lining and filling cake tins, de panning cakes.
- Storing away baked goods and fillings. Labelling and dating products.
- Levelling and stacking cakes ready for decoration.
- Preparation of weekly orders.
- Assists with other bakery duties as needed.
- Maintaining clean work environment. Keeping on top of dishes and cleaning.
- Checking stock levels and inventory checks.
- Keeping an orderly fridge & freezer space.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
