**What You’ll Do**:

- **Provide Support**: Help users with our Airport Winter Operations software, making sure they have the support they need.
- **Handle Issues**: Use Zendesk to manage, clarify, and resolve user issues quickly and efficiently.
- **Classify Problems**:Identify and categorize issues (bugs, feature requests, user training) and their severity.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with our Product Owner and escalate issues when needed to get them resolved fast.
- **QA and Testing**: Test our software during downtime to ensure everything runs smoothly.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Excel in remote working**:Our team covers multiple regions and time zones. You will be working during daytime hours and must live in the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or AEDT zone.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with technology, especially Apple iPads.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Flexible**:Willing to work some weekends and have weekdays off during the Deicing Season (Oct-May).
- **Experienced**: At least one year in customer service or a technical support role.
- **Educated**: A degree in computer science or a related field with programming experience is a plus.
