The Company

We are a private cosmetic dental practice located in Zetland and Darling Square.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry and wants to be part of the team who are professional and willing to provide an outstanding level of customer service, time, care and support to patients. The atmosphere is friendly, harmonious and respectful, with emphasis on leading-edge knowledge, technology.

Duties and responsibilities are:
- You are the first point of contact/impression of the business so you will provide an outstanding level of customer service on the telephone and in meeting and greeting customers
Efficient management of all patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence and accounts
Scheduling and effective management of patient bookings in D4W software
Processing patient invoicing and receipting of consultations
Completion of end of day reconciliations (eftpos, credit card and cash)
Brainstorming marketing ideas and implementing them on social media platform
Utilising photoshop software to putting the clinical photos together with our logo
Assisting chair-side to the Dentist, sterilization, reception & admin duties, stock ordering and generally helping in the day to day running of the practice.
Be a permanent resident or an Australian citizen
Have excellent communication and written skills
Have excellent organisational skills
Have strong computer skills
Be willing to learn and take initiative
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Experience in all of the above would be advantageous along with Dental 4 Windows and Hicaps software knowledge, although having a willingness to learn and be pro-active will be optimal.
