This is a dynamic role that requires a sense of urgency and ability to respond to last minute changes and unforeseen circumstances to keep everything on track - you'll need to be someone who likes being on their toes

In partnership with our Clinical Governance Unit trainers and specialist, your role will be to support clinical training with the purpose of developing and enhancing our workforce capability, values and culture so that our clients are provided with high quality and safe services.

**Responsibilities include;**
- Assist in the development and coordination of training program delivery.
- Gap analysis and recommendations to build capability.
- Stakeholder liaison to develop training resources.
- Data analysis for reporting on success measures.
- Online Learning Management System utilisation.
- Supervise two Officers.
- Other responsibilities as directed by the manager.

**Selection criteria includes;**
- Experience in a similar Learning and Development role.
- High level customer service skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders, service providers etc.
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) / database.
- Advanced Microsoft skills inc Excel.
- Training and Assessment cert 4 _desirable._
- NDIS clearance and blue card required to start (we can help).
- Full COVID Vaccination.
