AO4 Advisor Role - Talent Pool
**Location**: Carseldine - Temporary opportunity available now and over the next 12 months.
Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity where your customer service expertise can ake a real impact? The Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) is building a talent pool for temporary AO4 Advisor roles within our Customer Service Operations team.
As an Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused services across a range of platforms. You will manage complex customer interactions, provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders and contribute to service enhancements that benefit Queenslanders.
**About the Role**:You will**:

- Respond to customer concerns and escalations across multiple channels.
- Facilitate complex and high-risk transactions related to registration, licensing and industry.
- Provide accurate information and support to stakeholders, resolving procedural matters.
- Mentor team members and contribute to training and development.
- Participate in service improvement initiatives and policy development.
