O’Brien® is currently seeking a Training and Compliance Advisor, in glass & glazing to join our **O’Brien® Glazing Division.**

Your new role will report into the Central Operations Manager, where you will be responsible in leading our in-house training programs that promote a depth of knowledge spanning across the Division.

**About the role**:

- Lead the in house training programs for Glaziers and Apprentices
- Ensure continued delivery of high quality, compliant glazing services
- Maintain key relationships with relevant industry bodies
- Maintain and update programs in line with regulations and Australian Standards
- Provide expert advice to the Glazing Division on complex glazing compliance solutions

A**bout you**:

- Qualification or significant Glazing Industry Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Glazing regulations and standards
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication skills to connect with a varied audience
- Strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
