This position is based at Pallet & Bin, Shepparton.

**Your Next Role**

Ready to keep both the numbers and the operations running like clockwork? As an Accounts Manager, you’ll be across everything from payables, receivables, and payroll support to production data and dispatch records. You’ll ensure financial accuracy, streamline admin, and keep key site processes moving—whether it’s managing orders, reconciling accounts, or supporting our ERP system rollout. This is a hands-on role at the core of both finance and operations.

**Site Operations Support**
- Create and manage sales quotes, orders, and invoices in the ERP system.
- Enter and maintain purchase orders; match delivery dockets to invoices and perform goods receipting.
- Collect and compile employee timesheets for payroll.
- Support pallet and bin tracking; maintain site production and downtime data.
- Support the site with general administration tasks, answer occasional calls, and order office supplies as needed.

**Accounts Payable & Expense Management**
- Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage supplier payment runs and employee expense claims via Concur.
- Reconcile and process credit card transactions.

**Masterfile & Data Integrity**
- Maintain accurate supplier and customer records with strict control over changes.
- Conduct regular data integrity audits and manage account receivables.

**Financial Operations & Reporting**
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end processes and prepare key reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit GST returns in line with compliance requirements.

**Systems & Projects**
- Support ERP implementation and user training.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to meet operational and compliance standards.

**Compliance & Record-Keeping**
- Ensure internal controls are in place for all financial processes.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records aligned with chain of custody and audit requirements

**About you**

You’re an organised, proactive finance professional who enjoys being hands-on and close to the action. You bring a sharp eye for detail and a passion for keeping both financial processes and operational support running smoothly.

You’ll also bring:

- Solid experience in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll support
- Confidence working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations
- Great time management and the ability to prioritise across tasks and deadlines
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support both finance and site operations
- Familiarity with compliance, GST returns, and internal controls
- A can-do attitude and a knack for keeping things organised and moving
