**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, employees, and vendors.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Manage invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Assist the management team with operational planning and scheduling.
- Support in resolving any client issues or concerns promptly.

**ESSENTIALS**:

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's Degree or Associated Degree
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skill.
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
