
Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- **Front Desk Support**: Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- **Appointment Management**: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic's booking software.
- **Patient Records**: Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- **Billing and Payments**: Assist with patient billing, processing payments, and handling insurance claims.
- **Office Supplies**: Manage inventory of office and clinic supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- **Filing and Data Entry**: Organize and file documents, perform data entry tasks, and maintain up-to-date patient information.
- **Team Support**: Provide administrative support to dental staff, including assisting with reports and clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- **Experience**: Previous experience as an office assistant or receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using dental practice management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities to keep clinic operations running smoothly.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy when handling patient records, billing, and other administrative tasks.
- **Customer Service**: A positive, patient-focused attitude with the ability to provide excellent service to patients.
