ICT System Support Officer - Sydney

SDP Solutions are a unique services provider that combines business Consulting, Sourcing and outsourced workforce management solutions. We are established business run by IT Sourcing, Consulting and HR and contingent workforce professionals.

We are seeking a Full time ICT Systems support officer for a role in Sydney.

**1. **Duties and Responsibilities**

1.1. Maintain and manage SDP IT platforms and computer portfolios for smooth operation

1.2. Provide technical support to internal users, staff, contractors and external clients

1.3. Install and configure hardware and software for IT consulting, IT back-end, HR, contractor management and accounting services

1.4. Oversee and execute systems set-ups, and initiations and deployments

1.5. Determine authorisations and requirements for new/existing users, and provide appropriate access to internal staff, contractors as well as external clients

1.6. Action and manage revision to access and upgrades for staff and contractors

1.7. Monitor and maintain SDP integrated systems and networks, and back-end hardware

1.8. Research and test new technology, and conduct trials before implementing changes

1.9. Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests for new accounts, technical glitches, replacements and repairs, and equipment upgrades

1.10. Prepare logs and reports on technical issues, upgrades, IT protocols and authorisations

1.11. Train junior staff members where required

1.12. SME in the contingent portal space

**2. **Job Skills Required**

2.1. Diploma or higher qualification, or at least 3 years of relevant experience

2.2. 1-2 years’ experience is highly desirable

2.3. Logical thinker and excellent problem-solving skills

2.4. Keen eye for detail and proactive approach

2.5. Plans, organises and directs concurrent software design and implementation projects

2.6. Customer service ability and Varied ICT skills

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
