**Description**:
As ICT Systems Support you will be exposed to all areas ICT, and assist in the migration of the ICT environment from a re-active to a pro-active one.

You will provide a point of contact for the end-user community and ensure that our customers ICT needs are fulfilled in accordance with companies KPIs whist maintaining & growing the strong relationships that already exist.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End User communication including major changes and scheduled system maintenance
- Case escalation and case status reporting
- Assisting with projects affecting all arms of the Dymocks Group; the opportunity exists to manage these yourself
- User account maintenance
- Implement automation for existing processes
- Ensure that the end user community are aware and comply with current corporate ICT procedures ensuring updates are communicated
- Work closely with 3rd party IT service provider
- Participate and make recommendations on the ongoing growth of technologies within the Dymocks Group

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Be customer-focused
- Have a good understanding of the basics of network infrastructure
- Be experienced in hardware installation, with an understanding of IPs, patching & general knowledge of Domains & Workgroups
- Have previous exposure to Cloud based platforms (Dymocks uses AWS)
- Have previous exposure to scripting e.g., Python, Ansible, Powershell or other scripting languages
- Have Basic SQL
- Have experience with O365 & SharePoint
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
