**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Client Services and Partnerships, the **Talent Liaison Manager** is responsible for the seamless implementation and management of Talent integration.

This position will liaise with talent and talent managers as a representative of SCA on behalf of SCA clients. You will initiate and maintain positive working relationships with SCA’s national talent managers, as well as external talent, to ensure we have the best opportunity to utilize their services in a commercial context.

Additionally, the Talent Liaison Manager will collaborate with key internal stakeholders within LiSTNR, The Studio, Sales, Content, Brand Experience, Marketing, and Legal teams in order to deliver best practice partnerships that meet business, brand, and client objectives.
- 10+ years in media, specifically managing sponsorships
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, able to quickly establish genuine, positive, and productive relationships, both internally and externally.
- Strong time management and organization skills, capable of leading through change and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience effectively managing highly confidential information with discretion and respect
