The Sales Enablement Team exists to support the Retail Banking network and its leaders in the achievement of our growth objectives, to drive enhanced productivity and to ensure the delivery of our customer value proposition.

Reporting to the National Manager, Sales Enablement the Sales Activation & Engagement Analyst will:

- Be responsible for building and executing strategic customer engagement activities that support business growth and retention opportunities for both new and existing customers.
- Be required to support the execution, implementation and embedding of programs to drive a sales culture where our customer experience is at the heart of everything we do.
- Continually review and report on customer engagement activities in line with customer insights and research to identify opportunities to optimise programs across Retail.

This is a Contract position for 12 months (until end February 2026) working Full time hours where we offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 40% of your time per week in the office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025, in a local Head Office where we are **open to all locations Australia-wide**.

- Retail awareness - knowing your market and understanding target customer segments
- Marketing - planning, creating, communicating, and delivery of content
- Administrative support - provide timely and accurate administrative support to meet the needs of all relevant stakeholders
- Strong customer service and customer experience ethos
- Ability to drive and maintain effective working relationships and networks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience in Marketing and communications
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Excellent PC skills with knowledge and experience in digital platforms and creative/editing tools
- Current or Previous Experience in Retail Banking is preferred.
