You will work closely across Services to enable your team to deliver on their work whilst engaging with a highly engaged business group.

**As a Technology Team Lead you'll get to...**
- Develop, mentor and lead the team whilst and uplifting overall capability and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate across other tech teams for successful customer and business outcomes. As well as with a highly engaged business group.
- Involvement in key initiatives part of our transformation.
- Vendor and Partner management.

**About you**
- You will have fantastic skills in building stakeholder relationships, the ability to collaborate across Services and have experience leading technical delivery teams consisting of Software Engineers and Business Analysts.
- You'll be an excellent communicator with good influencing and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging senior technology stakeholders, business group stakeholders, Fintech partners and vendors.
- Ability to think strategically about how we can simplify, modernise and uplift our tech landscape.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing initiatives using Agile methodologies.
