**Team Leader Security Systems**

**Permanent | Full-time**
**Salary: $96,731.43 per annum + Superannuation**
**Location: City of Stirling**

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for security technology and community safety? The City of Stirling is seeking a proactive and experienced **Team Leader Security Systems** to manage and enhance our security infrastructure across the City.

**About the Role**

As Team Leader Security Systems, you will:

- Lead a team responsible for the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of security systems including CCTV, alarms, access control, GPS, and body-worn cameras.
- Provide technical advice and support to internal stakeholders and contractors.
- Manage projects and contribute to the development of innovative security solutions.
- Liaise with WA Police and City management to provide incident reports and footage.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and licensing requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure high performance across the service area.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience (e.g. Certificate III in Security Equipment).
- Current WA Security Consultant Licence.
- Proven experience in managing security systems in a large corporate environment.
- Strong leadership, project management, and contractor management skills.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and Australian Standards.
- Current Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance (under 3 months).
