Our client is an Australian owned cheese processing and packaging business with locations and manufacturing facilities in NSW and Victoria. They are a world class supplier of dairy based products, services and solutions to the retail, foodservice and food ingredients markets.

**Customer Service Officer **will be part of a passionate team delivering daily customer excellence in all interactions and with their customers and teams.
**Your Responsibilities will include**:
- Order processing, order delivery coordination and completion and post sales customer engagement.
- First contact with customers to enable them to order product and provide information and feedback.
- Support sales team by coordinating infield activity as and when required.
- Assist with filing and maintenance of master data for customer details.
- Collaborate with Finance & Supply Chain to ensure end to end completion of all customer activities.
**To Succeed you will need**:
- Previous customer service experience is essential, preferably in Food based industries.
- Excellent communication and people engagement capability.
- Strong working knowledge with integrated Ordering Platforms/Systems.
- Highly organised and an eye for accuracy.
- High Sense of urgency.
- Very strong team player.
