**Receptionist & Admin with Creative SupportLocation**: Avant Stone, Sydney

Join Avant Stone, a family-run, Australian-owned supplier of premium natural stone and porcelain slabs.

We're growing rapidly and are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to support our team with daily tasks, including basic creative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception & Customer Service**
- Answer and direct phone inquiries for Sydney and Newcastle.
- Greet clients, drivers, and walk-ins, ensuring a professional experience.
- Facilitate showroom visits, organize slab displays, and collect client contact details.

**Administrative Support**
- Prepare, label, and send samples, including bulk preparation and warehouse sorting.
- Assist the sales team with slab measurements and creating diagrams with dimensions.

**Creative Support**
- Schedule posts on Social Media, post stories, manage DMs, tags, and reposts.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- **Utilize Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, for simple graphic design, photo editing, and video editing tasks as needed.**:

- Basic graphic design and social media management experience.
- Basic Photography & Videography knowledge.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks and willingness to support a dynamic team.
