**RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE- Greenacre, Sydney**

Avant Stone is seeking an energetic Front Desk Receptionist for its Sydney Stone Gallery. Avant Stone is a distributor of high-end building products, offering a range of products such as natural stone slabs, porcelain slabs and tiles.

**The role involves**:
As Receptionist at Avant Stone, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will involve managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth operation within the office. Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate team member, or providing the caller with the information they're looking for where possible
- Following up on completed orders for reviews (e.g. Google reviews) and seeking opportunities for our team to photograph finished projects.
- Following up with clients that have expressed interest, tracking progress on projects and if/when materials will be needed.
- Providing general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies

**To be considered, you must have**:

- Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Clear verbal (and written) communication
- Holds a current full NSW Driver License
- Willingness to manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiasm and flexibility in working towards wider goal of company

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
