Scent Australia is an industry leader in Scent Marketing, ambient air scenting services to an array of clientele, within both Australia and internationally. An exciting opportunity has presented itself to join our energetic, growing and dynamic team based in Port Melbourne, Victoria.

You will be providing exceptional pick and pack support as well as general warehouse management within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be working closely with both our Procurement Manager and in manufacturing to achieve the below.
- Please note, the working hours for this role will be from 8am - 4pm. _
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of 5, including maintenance of safety, absenteeism, productivity, KPIs and errors.
- Manage the warehouse operations, suppliers, and inventory.
- Ability to use courier services, prepare schedules and ensure all orders are in perfect condition for delivery.
- Maintenance duties such as tidying, cleaning and labor work.
- Taking ownership by maximising your personal responsibility in everything you do.
- Ensure effective resource planning for daily operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain composure and focus at all times.
- Strong communication and people skills, along with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to report and escalate to management as needed.
- Provide solutions to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.
- Responsible for Profit & Loss, ensure warehouse operations function within budget requirements.
- Be comfortable to lift, pack and move boxes for dispatch and receivables. Some boxes are up to 10-20kg’s so you must be comfortable lifting these.
- You will be handling and preparing liquids so a strong understanding and respect of OHS practices and procedures are essential.
- You have an aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn.
- You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
- Individuals must be a self-starter, be able to prioritize and multitask, work well independently, and as part of a team.
- Being comfortable working part of a team.

**Ideal but not necessary**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or store.
- Basic trade skills including use of fixings, drilling, mounting, installing etc.
- Forklift skills advantageous.
- Cin7 experience.

**Additional Requirements**:

- You will need a visa that enables you to work full time in Australia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
