We are currently recruiting for a reliable and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, receiving and shipping, people supervision, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in leading & motivating a team
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles & practices
- Proficiency in the warehouse management software, Carton Cloud
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Problem solving & analytical skills
- Working knowledge of relevant Queensland WHS legislation (e.g. Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (QLD))
- Forklift license
- Exceptional organizational, communication & interpersonal skills

Role deliverables:

- Inventory Management
- Order fulfilment
- Receiving & shipping
- Team leadership & supervision
- Compliance & safety
- Identify & implementation of process improvements
- Generate reports on warehouse operations
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage movement of stock between sites

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Of Brisbane, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Carton Cloud: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse Management: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
