We are looking for a Supervising Producer to join our leadership team With producers directly reporting to you, you will be responsible for the overall running and final delivery of designated CG projects, ensuring work of the highest quality is delivered in accordance with the individual creative needs of each project.
You will be responsible for reporting to clients, as well as the Flying Bark management team, and will communicate on behalf of the company with the highest level of professionalism, maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are complied with at all times.
You will be ultimately responsible for the project finance, working closely with producers to ensure they are adhering to their production budgets and schedules, and negotiating with key creatives, clients and other stakeholders as needed.
Establishing and maintaining a positive team working environment, you will have the desire and ability to promote team building activities and have a constructive attitude toward problem solving. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will also strive to maintain a collaborative culture within Flying Bark, fostering the sharing of ideas and workflows between projects for the benefit of the overall studio.

**We are looking for**:
- High level experience (8+ yrs) producing longform animated film, series or equivalent;
- High level technical knowledge of CG workflows;
- High level experience managing finance and production budgets;
- High level experience working with clients and investors;
- Experience with all parts of the animation production pipeline, from story department to final delivery in a professional production environment;
- Experience with all aspects of production management, including schedule management, personnel and performance management;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, MS Project or equivalent and Shotgrid.
- Expert organisational skills;
- Superior personnel management and team building skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to use positive tone and attitude to diffuse conflict, provide solutions, and cultivate a fun and productive working environment;
- Ability to anticipate and deal with an ever-changing production environment;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material;
- Ability to work well under pressure/deadlines;
- Ability to pull together and focus diverse teams of artists.
