The Role

Join ABC's Audio Studio Team as a Supervising Producer. This is a unique role where you will research, design, and develop and create new shows as part of an exciting growth in our team. There are two Supervising Producer positions available in 2026, and we are looking to fill both in this hiring round.

The Job

- Research, investigate, prepare, compile, and produce new podcasts and digital content at a senior level with a high level of independence.
- Coordinate and produce new podcast episode to publishing deadlines.
- Mentor creative contributors, providing editorial and production guidance.

You will bring a creative approach to content making including highly advanced script writing and editing skills.

Your skills and experience will include:

- Ability to create, coordinate, plan and execute new podcasts.
- Advanced understanding of online audiences, international podcast distribution trends and social media strategies.
- Evidence of substantial editorial judgement with a thorough understanding of the ABC Editorial Policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead a small team.
