Lead Producer

eg+ is looking for a passionate, determined, and creative Lead Producer to join our team.
**About the role**:
The Lead Producer sits in our Content team and is located in Australia. The role is responsible for leading, managing, maintaining and delivering cross functional content by bringing together all of our in-house, external and offshore talent and ensuring sure the work is always delivered cost effectively and brilliantly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proficient in all forms of content creation, possessing a strong lean in content, end to end primary production
- Scopes smart and accurate solutions which are audience first in approach, are on brief, on brand, on time, commercially effective and consistently exceed expectations
- Offers guidance helping junior colleagues overcome potential hurdles, escalating to the Head of Content when required
- Collaborates with our internal thinkers and crafters to help deliver smarter brilliant content
- Owns their projects; reaching out to the right team (internal and external); responding to client or agency briefs and RFPs and co-creating pitches, treatments and proposals.
- Commercially aware and a great communicator; provides clear updates on the development of projects and able to articulate recommendations and solutions to clients, agencies, crew or internal teams
- Shapes new projects into a joint success by leading the cross functional production; develops trusted internal, client, crew, supplier and agency relationships
