About the Role
Exercises discretion and independent judgment in establishing development goals and objectives; commits to project timelines, budgets, and key development milestones, identifying and resolving roadblocks as needed.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams in defining the technical and creative vision of products.
Assists in maintaining product development documentation.
Leads and facilitates project meetings and proposes improvements; plans and manages team goals, project requirements, schedules, and design change.
Supervises assigned projects and coordinates efforts between team members to keep workflow on track.
Manages project-related tasks by ensuring all necessary materials are current and logged in the proper tools.
Reports on project success criteria results, metrics, tests, and release activities.
Manages the development of product concepts based on customer requirements, current product lines, and regulatory compliance.
About You
Bachelor's qualification or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
2-3 years’ experience in a project management role, ideally as product/project coordinator or producer role; gaming or digital experience is of significant interest.
Experience managing and working with diverse teams.
Working knowledge of software development processes, project management techniques, and risk mitigation.
Proficient knowledge of product management practices, such as SCRUM or Agile is desirable.
