**WHAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES**

We are looking for a
**focused and target driven** RE sales professionalwho has the ability, ambition and skill to be a sales agent, but wants to be a part of a successful team. This role requires previous real estate experience.

This is a full time position working for an established senior agent at our Double Bay office with a strong local reputation who’s been with our agency for over a decade. He is looking for a
**CO AGENT** help run his campaigns, to list and sell - this is ideal for someone who wants to be an agent without the risk of going out independently.

**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Assisting at open homes
- Assisting and running listing presentations
- Attending and assisting with onsite and in-house auctions
- Buyer work - building and maintaining a strong buyer pipeline
- Cold calling - booking appraisals and managing a strong pipeline for new listings
- Client relationship management - nurturing current campaign contacts
- Minimal administration duties; marketing, data entry, reports
- Working alongside a Senior Agent - **mentorship**:

- Campaign management - chasing documents to sign, dealing with solicitors/conveyancers/stylists
- Attending sales training, sales meetings and company events
- Working on Saturdays, whilst attaining a mid-week ½ day RDO
