role in the Australian region—from signing a new franchise partner to handing them the keys to their world-class school.

Your Mission: To guide passionate entrepreneurs seamlessly through the construction process, ensuring every new centre opens on time, on budget, and to our legendary standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development:
Act as a brand ambassador to generate leads, guide candidates through discovery, and onboard new franchise partners.

Project Management:
Serve as the single point of contact for new franchisees, managing site selection, design, permits, contractor selection, and construction.

Be the Bridge:
Provide a seamless experience by eliminating handoffs between sales and build-out, ensuring clarity and momentum from day one.

Guardian of Standards:
Ensure every new centre physically and philosophically embodies the MindChamps brand, setting up franchisees for success.

Who You Are:

  • You possess a rare blend of business acumen and practical project management skills.
  • You have experience in (B2B sales, franchise development, OR construction management).
  • You are a proactive, solutions-oriented leader, equally comfortable in a boardroom or on a construction site.
  • You are passionate about education and leaving a tangible, positive legacy.
