As an IT Support Analyst with level 1 & Level 2 experience, you'll be the go-to expert for installation and maintenance of software and equipment on-site, providing top-notch customer service to employees across Australia and New Zealand.

Your mission: ensuring smooth operations of site technology and user client/workspace technology. The role will encompass the following areas of responsibility:

- All User Management and Maintenance Services
- Accurate Call logging, resolution, and allocation
- Management of all appropriate User interactions and reporting, including annual audits
- Client hardware management including asset lifecycle management
- On Site support including workstation equipment, meeting rooms, printers, telephony, and aiding vendors and other IT teams such as networks or infrastructure.

You'll be a master of all things hardware, managing client hardware and overseeing asset lifecycle management. You'll also be responsible for accurate call logging, resolution, and allocation, ensuring smooth operations of user requests, and managing all appropriate user interactions and reporting, including annual audits.

With on-site support, you'll be ready to jump in and help whenever users need it most. Whether you're resolving issues over the phone or in person, you'll be an invaluable part of the team, providing critical technical support and education to users as they set up and use software and equipment.
