Milestone IT is a leading recruitment agency specializing in providing top-notch talent to various industries. We are currently partnering with a prominent healthcare client in search of a skilled Data Support Analyst with expertise in Excel and data extraction from diverse systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Extracting data from multiple systems and sources.
- Utilizing Excel to analyze, manipulate, and present data effectively.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Developing and maintaining documentation related to data processes and procedures.
- Providing support for ad-hoc data requests and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
