Due to continual growth, we have a new opportunity for a business analyst with previous experience within the healthcare sector to support the delivery of clinical and IT projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with the very best leaders within the country who have fostered an excellent work culture of collaboration, high performance and innovation.

Working across a diverse group of stakeholder groups you will bring a consultative approach in understanding business requirements. Some of your key responsibilities will include analysing current & future states, documenting business processes, functional and non-functional requirements gathering,  designing and updating user workflows, requirements traceability, UAT test planning and test cases, and providing clear documentation to BAU.

To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills / experience:

  • Proven background as a business analyst with experience supporting health IT projects (clinical & non-clinical)
  • A clinical background i.e., nursing, pharmacy, medical officer is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
