**Your Role in Our Vision**:
As the Business Support Officer for Facilities and Fleet, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations and enhancing service delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating processes, managing communications, and overseeing financial administration, all while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

In this diverse role, you’ll have the chance to contribute to various committees, support project planning, and promote business improvements that resonate with our community values.

**Who You Are**:

- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent extensive experience.
- Hold a valid Class C Drivers Licence.
- Exhibit strong emotional intelligence and the ability to foster positive relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent planning skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Showcase your project management capabilities through successful delivery of initiatives.

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated within 2 weeks of closing
- **Package**:$76,424 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Full time 35 hour week with the option of 19 days flex time arrangement
