Things You’ll **Do**:

- You will utilise your exceptional communication and relationship building skills to provide professional advice and customer focused outcomes in areas such as parental leave, probationary appraisals, and higher grade payments to employees, secondary employment, and transition to retirement arrangements.
- You will use your critical thinking skills to assess and report on data regarding employment relations and recruitment.
- You will possess a sound and up to date awareness of HR policies and industrial instruments and undertake audits and research of current HR policies and determinations as required.
- You will provide officer level support to the HR Business Partners on employment relations matters and in supporting the maintenance of the employee establishment.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Package**:$74,000 - $80,800 gross p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation
- **Hours of work**: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week, 19 day month flex time arrangement available.
