As you will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, you are organised and efficient when executing daily activities and project deliverables. It will be your responsibility to maintain data accuracy and ensure the system is constantly updated. This is a vital role and one that will quickly ensure you are part of the team. Outstanding organisational skills will allow you to assist with multiple tasks and juggle competing priorities. In addition, you have strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Provide a range of administrative responsibilities, contributing to the effective operation of the team and company
- Support the team with client, sales and supplier relationship management and be responsible for coordinating internal and external events
- Administer ad-hoc requests for the team, including research, document preparation, business development follow-up and record management
- Maintain engaging relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, continue longstanding rapport and help forge new client connections
- Ensure office facilities are maintained, and all stationery, equipment, and IT needs are catered for, occasionally liaising with building management when required
