You will provide support on a day-to-day basis with delivery functions of retailers and ensuring compliance with performance expectations.Please note this role is a 8 month Fixed Term Contract.A snapshot of the role:Rent collection – chasing tenants for outstanding arrearsAccounts receivable – processing retailer charges and invoices, monitoring of daily allocations; calculation of income accruals where necessaryAccounts payable - raise purchase orders, process supplier invoices and resolve account enquiries as neededOverall co-ordination of the centre-based Lease Administration process such as Lease input, bank guarantee and PLICoordinate and prepare monthly client reports such as P&L and Retail Report and manage input from all stakeholdersProcess all rent reviews and update billing detailsParticipate in the annual budget process, working with all stakeholders, assist Centre Manager with review of budgets and manage communications of outgoings charges to retailersGeneral office duties - answering phone calls, front desk enquiries, maintaining office utilities, supplies and tidinessSound like you?
