We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our client's team in Hume on a contract basis, starting ASAP. This is an initial 3 month contract with a strong possibility to extend.

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our client's team in Hume on a contract basis, starting ASAP. This is an initial 3 month contract with a strong possibility to extend.

**Duties include;**
- Processing invoices to clients and customers
- Scheduling day to day operations for labourers
- Appointing time for labourers to visit worksites
- General administration duties
- Liaising with manager via telephone
- Operating a live-chat portal with clients

**Key Details;**
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
- Working from home can be negotiated down the line
- Car parking and kitchen amenities available
- Police check desirable
- Looking for someone who wants long term growth

To be successful in this role, you will need to be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy are a must, as is exposure to scheduling duties. Great attention to detail is a must.
