**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a **Casual Duty Manager**who brings leadership, energy, and exceptional attention to detail. You’ll lead daily operations when on shift, oversee events and functions, and ensure food & beverage standards, cleanliness, and safety are top notch. This role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional ready to step into a leadership role within a dynamic, diverse venue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily hotel operations and act as the face of the venue
- Oversee functions and events, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction
- Manage, mentor, and support staff during shifts
- Maintain stock control and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Use POS and booking systems to manage service and compliance requirements

**About You**:

- Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Full availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
