Finance and Administration Assistant

**About Us**: Rio Coffee is a vibrant and growing coffee manufacturer/food & beverage distributor located in Stepney, Adelaide. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance & Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

As the Finance and Administration Assistant at Rio Coffee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. If you thrive in an environment where no one day is the same, you will enjoy tackling tasks including but not limited to managing accounts payable and receivable, general administrative tasks such as data entry, diary and payroll coordination, including maintaining employee records in line with relevant compliance and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Accounts Payable & Receivable:_ Manage and process invoices, payments, and receipts. Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
- _Payroll:_ Assist with the preparation of payroll, including leave, timesheet, and over-time management in addition to maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- _General Administration:_ Perform general office duties such as invoicing, filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
- _Office Support:_ Provide administrative support to other team members and assist with any special projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software (MYOB is preferred, but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid rights to work in Australia

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
