Smart Orthodontics is a long-established Orthodontic practice in South Australia, providing specialist orthodontic services to patients across the City, Suburban and Rural locations. We are committed to providing high quality orthodontic treatment in a friendly and caring environment. Our main administration is currently located in Newton, North East of the CBD.

**_What we are looking for in you?_**
- Experience as a receptionist in a professional sector is essential with healthcare sector experience an advantage;
- Basic computer skills, including competent use of Word and Excel;
- Friendly and positive attitude;
- High attention to detail;
- Exceptional patient care;
- Ability to multitask and take initiative;
- Team focused; and
- Experience with OrthoTrac software is a bonus but not essential

- Understands the important role a receptionist plays in developing a dental practice through effective appointment scheduling and management
- Enjoys working in a team and playing a vital role in connecting the clinical and administration aspects of a dental practice
- Demonstrates their exceptional ability to communicate with patients and the broader team in a collaborative environment
- Is appreciated for their contribution to smooth business operations.

**_Your key responsibilities and duties would be: _**
- Providing reception and administration duties. This includes welcoming patients, answering the phone, making patient appointments, taking patient payments, and answering queries.
- A focus on providing each patient with a positive professional service
- Completing patient correspondence for the Specialist Orthodontist
- Managing new Patient Letters
- Assisting with the management of patient recalls and following up recalls
- Assisting with the Management of incoming referrals for new patients
- Assisting with banking and postage
- Plus other general administrative duties
