**YHA** Adelaide is currently seeking a **Housekeeper Supervisor **to join the team on a **full-time basis. **The housekeeping supervisor is responsible for ensuring the property remains sparkling clean and provide excellent customer service to our guests.

**Day-to-day duties include**:

- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is evident throughout the property in Housekeeping (in rooms, public and common areas);
- Monitoring and controlling the use of housekeeping equipment and consumables, placing orders and conducting stocktake when necessary.
- Coordinating and conducting periodic deep cleans of hostel rooms, ensuites, and communal facilities.
- Supervising all housekeeping staff in the performance of their duties and reporting any arising issues to hostel management.
- Knowledge of WH&S compliance would be advantageous.

**What we are looking for**:

- Exceptional attention to detail with previous housekeeping leadership experience.
- Experience controlling and maintaining budgets, all operating supplies, replacements and consumables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong eye for detail, and ability to follow procedures and set the standard for cleanliness.
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays

**Salary**: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
