**Role overview**:
We’re seeking a passionate and driven **B2B Sales and Business Development Specialist** to create sustainable commercial opportunities for our Social Enterprise sites. This role plays a key part in building business partnerships that generate meaningful employment for the people we support.

Key responsibilities will include
- Identifying new opportunities for our organisation and the employees we support and developing them into profitable and sustainable client relationships.
- Drive effective client growth, acquisition, and retention strategies through ongoing account relationship management.
- Participate in forums related to the industry, conferences, and client discussions.
- Foster professional relationships within a diverse customer base.
- Drive commercial growth through identifying regional and inter regional commercial business opportunities.
- Support the transformation of Business Solutions to grow Supported Hosted Employment at pace to enable long term financial sustainability.

What you can bring to the team
- A passion for sales and previous sales experience in a cold calling environment”, and a proven track record in new business development is essential for success in this position
- Previous experience in **Commercial sales & Cold calling** is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience working in a **commercial environment**, building both new and existing customer relationships with a focus on profitability.
- Strong ability to **influence and implement regional strategy** in complex environments with professionalism and credibility.
- Ability to quickly build in-depth knowledge of the business, development practices, marketing activities, client base, and industry trends.
- Consistent track record of **achieving revenue targets** in a sales or business development role.
- **Experience in the food industry & TGA** is highly regarded.
