Highly sought-after opportunity for a HR Manager to join an exciting company and run the HR function
**Your new company**
Our client successfully provides security services across Queensland. Their head office is based centrally on the Gold Coast and a new opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role would be reporting directly into the Managing Director and would handle everything HR related for 100 staff members.
**Your new role**
This is an established Human Resources position that will be work very closely with senior management. This busy role will see you responsible for:
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop a clear vision and strategy for the firm’s HR function
- Advising senior management on HR strategies, policies and practices
- Developing employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a healthy workplace culture
- Implementing HR strategies
- End-to-end recruitment
- Advise on succession planning, talent management, learning and development, performance management and salary reviews
- Ensure there is compliance with HR and government regulations
- Continuously improve the workplace culture
- Performance management
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated HR Manager experience
- Strong working knowledge of workplace regulations
- You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
