**The Role**
A role with purpose Our HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the wider HR team across end to end HR administration activities. You will be highly organised and confident in providing practical support to facilitate HR activities and be trusted to work autonomously in processing agreements, employee changes, triaging enquiries and processing employment checks and assisting with tasks across the employee lifecycle; whilst being supported by the Senior HR Business Partner in delivering high quality customer service. Our team are proud of the positive workplace culture that we have created, and we are excited to welcome a HR Coordinator to help coordinate important tasks during this fixed term position.

**About You**
To be successful for this role, you will be a highly organised HR Administration professional who has a genuine interest in providing high quality HR services.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Relevant HR or Business qualification or working towards.
- Familiar with relevant Awards, legislation and regulations.
- Proficiency in processing high volume documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
- Superior organisational skills with a high degree of drive, initiative and capacity to deal with multiple conflicting priorities.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (experience with an enquiry ticket system would be an advantage).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
