We are a registered RTO and CRICOS provider seeking an experienced **Academic Support Officer** to join our team. This is a part-time role, required for two days from Monday to Friday.

**About the Role**

As an Academic Support Officer, you will play a key role in assisting students throughout their academic journey, from enrollment to course completion. You will work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams to ensure high-quality support for the college's training programs. Exceptional customer service skills and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage academic records and student documentation.
- Monitor student attendance and engagement.
- Conduct intervention meetings as required.
- Maintain and update the **Student Management System** (aXcelerate).
- Provide guidance to students and staff on academic and administrative policies.
- Assist with compliance, reporting, and general administrative duties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in the RTO sector, particularly with CRICOS programs.
- Strong knowledge of **Student Management Systems** (aXcelerate preferred).
- Understanding of **AVETMISS reporting** and compliance requirements (desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in **MS Office**.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must have full **work rights in Australia**.
