The Monadelphous Employee Development Centre provides Monadelphous with the capability to deliver pre and post mobilisation training, nationally accredited and high
- risk licensing to its employees.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, this role provides training support services directly to internal and external customers during pre-contract, project start-up and project execution phases. Training is delivered from our Bibra Lake training facility the “Monadelphous Employee Development Centre” and our operational sites, with a required flexibility to work in Perth and undertake ad hoc travel across our operations as required.

A Trainer & Assessor at Monadelphous coordinates and delivers specific training programs and workshops including nationally accredited programs and internal specific training for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery of nationally accredited units of competence as per RTO scope such as (WAH, CSE, GTA, basic fire, EWP, rigging, cranes, scaffolding, telehandler etc.)
- Delivery of Monadelphous enterprise workshops and training programs
- Ensuring all training processes and activities comply with relevant legislation and company policy and procedure.
- Contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of Monadelphous training programs, resources and materials
- Working closely with business unit manager, senior compliance advisor, training coordinator and peer trainer assessorsWhat you will bring:

- Cert IV TAE 40116 or 40122 qualification - essential
- Minimum 5 years’ resource or similar industry experience
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal / verbal communication skills
