**About the Role**:
We are now seeking Belt Splicer Trainer Assessors for opportunities at our WA operations. If you are an experienced Belt Splicer Trainer Assessor there are opportunities for you to join the Operation Services team.

You will:

- Develop and implement a Belt Splicing verification of competency program for our WA operations.
- Use your experience in Belt Splicing and conveyor systems to deliver competency based training materials to individuals or groups.
- Conduct Verification of Competencies for specific equipment and/or HRWLs to ensure new team members are competent and authorised to work.
- Ensure training materials are maintained in line with business and industry standards.
- Ensure team members are adequately skilled and are available across all shifts to ensure safe and effective execution of work.
- Coach and mentor team members on how to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions relating to standardised work.

**About You**:
As an experienced Belt Splicer and Trainer Assessor, you will also:

- Hold a Certificate III in Polymer Processing.
- Ideally hold one of the below minimum level Nationally Recognised skill sets or Certification in Assessing:

- Enterprise Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00015).
- Assessor Skill set (TAESS00011).
- Certificate IV for Trainer and Assessing.
- Ideally have experience developing or assisting with the development of Training and Assessing materials.
- Hold the relevant High Risk Work licenses applicable to the work conducted as a Belt Splicer.
- Demonstrate experience and passion for delivering your technical expertise to others in an engaging and professional way.
- Have maintained currency with the plant/equipment and work activities in which you train/assess.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships and facilitate presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coach to improve performance and upskill.
