Crinitis Italian Restaurant is seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Social Media Manager to join our saucy team and help spread the amore for our delicious Italian cuisine" We are a dynamic, fun, vibrant and growing organisation that requires an innovative and hard-working applicant to join the family. **Responsibilities**: - Increase consumer trust points through local marketing strategies. - Develop strategies and plans to bring our restaurants to life through strategic and creative brand storytelling across multiple platforms. - Manage social media channels with paid social media advertising. - Develop content in-store for social media. - Manage an overseas team of four (Marketing Coordinator and 3 Graphic Designer). - Prepare and manage the marketing budget. - Community management with Call Centre team members. - Create briefs for staff and other partners. - Constantly update shopping center Marketing Manager and other partners. - Acquire and execute influencer partnerships. - Facilitate the smooth running of events and function. - Drive up La Famiglia VIP reward programs. **Requirements**: - Skillset in Marketing/Hospitality - Three year of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations. - Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies. - Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behaviour. - Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented. - Able to work with out supervision - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. - A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint, social media and Canva. - Optimal Writing skills. **Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Professional development assistance Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: One location
