**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing shopper/retail marketing materials that inspire and engage customers.
- Creating and maintaining product training materials that effectively communicate with retail partners and customers and manage the production of in-store marketing materials that capture attention and drive sales.
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives that align with brand guidelines and messaging and will coordinate the production of marketing materials that are both visually stunning and informative.
- To support events, trade shows, and exhibitions, I will assist in planning and executing them, coordinating logistics such as venue booking, catering, and promotional materials.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution that leaves a lasting impression on attendees.
- Conducting market research to gain insights into consumer behaviour and preferences, using data to inform marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Analysing marketing metrics and prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness and use these insights to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
- Managing schedules and calendars, assist in budget tracking and other requested sales and admin duties.
- Preferably a bilingual background in English and Mandarin to suite the new business division needs.
