About you
As our Rural Programs Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of an RACGP designed emergency course at the level of Advanced Life Support Level 2 (ALS2), to be delivered to Rural Generalist and Rural registrars with the RACGP. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
relevant knowledge, skills, and experience in project management.
advanced liaison, communication and influencing skill, particularly in the rural context.
advanced ability to work autonomously with a focus on successful outcomes.
high level skills in management of operational aspects of resource development and implementation.
About the opportunity
undertake an audit of the activities occurring within the RACGP in relation to the development/delivery of emergency training.
create, manage, and implement a detailed project plan to roll out the emergency training to all rural generalist and rural registrars across Australia.
build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholder within GP Training, the Education Unit and Rural Faculty.
work with the National Clinical Head of Rural Pathways to develop strategies to enable continuing delivery of the emergency course to registrars within existing budgets and look for improvements and efficiencies where possible.
