About the role
As the Program Coordinator - Fellowship Support Program (FSP), you will manage and oversee the operational delivery of key educational activities within this fast paced and rapidly growing program, including workplace-based assessments and small group learning. Reporting to the Team Lead - FSP, you will collaborate with medical educators and internal teams to ensure seamless program coordination, high-quality service delivery, and continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
**As our Program Coordinator - FSP, you'll also**:
oversee the operational delivery of FSP activities, including WBA, SGL, and Progress Meetings, ensuring seamless coordination with the Medical Education team and stakeholders.
manage program data, maintain accurate records, and support the forecasting and planning of educational activities.
develop and maintain manuals, workflows, procedures, and standard operating procedures, identifying areas for quality improvement.
provide high-level support to registrars, staff, and internal teams, ensuring excellent stakeholder relationships and compliance with workplace policies.

Skills & Experience
Experience in health or medical education program coordination.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
