**About the Role**
Step into a leadership role at Bacchus, where refined dining meets exceptional service. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to support and guide our team in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional looking to build their leadership skills in a high-end dining environment. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in maintaining service excellence, supporting staff during shifts, and ensuring seamless dining experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the coordination of daily service operations (breakfast, dinner & minibar)
- Providing guidance and support to the front-of-house team during shifts
- Leading by example to uphold Bacchus’ high service standards
- Enhancing the guest experience through attentive, knowledgeable service
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintaining a strong understanding of our food, wine, and beverage offerings
- Ensuring compliance with RSA, WH&S, Food Safety, and Hygiene standards

**Skills & Attributes**
- Minimum two years' à la carte restaurant experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive approach to teamwork
- RSA certification with a strong focus on safety and hygiene standards
- Passion for hospitality, with a keen interest in food, wine, and service excellence
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professionalism
