Our clinic in Mater Hospital is currently seeking a** Medical Receptionist**to join the team on a **parental leave cover** contract from **October 2025 to January 2027**.**

The role is a **full time position**, Monday - Friday, with shifts between 9am - 5:30pm.

Role Overview:
As a **Medical Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Customer service experience in fast paced environments is very beneficial.
